Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Kim-Nicola Lorentzen, Mentorship and Coaching (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). By purchasing services or products from our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides training, coaching, mentorship services, and digital products. All services and products are described on the website and are subject to change.
3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the full amount listed at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. Payment grants access to the coaching, service, or digital product purchased.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (including but not limited to guides, audio files, workbooks, and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Clients have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, all sales are final. Digital products are for the Client's personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure digital products are accessible after purchase. In the event of a technical issue preventing access, the Client should contact the Company directly.
5. Coaching Disclaimer and Waiver
Training, coaching, and mentorship services are not substitutes for professional mental health care, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. The Client acknowledges that coaching and mentorship is a supportive process aimed at fostering personal growth and development but does not treat, diagnose, or cure any medical or psychological conditions, including but not limited to clinical depression, anxiety disorders, substance addiction, or suicidal ideation. The Company, its coaches, and support coaches are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. The Client is solely responsible for their well-being and any decisions they make during or after coaching. Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help the Client reach their goals. It does not replace therapy, financial, legal, or medical advice. If the Client experiences severe emotional distress, it is their responsibility to seek professional help. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client becomes disruptive within the coaching or other communication, or if the Client violates these terms and conditions in any form. The Company is not responsible for the Client's outcomes, as success depends on individual effort and personal circumstances.
6. Confidentiality
The Client's information will be kept confidential unless written permission is given or in cases where there is a legal requirement to disclose information (e.g. harm to self or others). The Client agrees to respect the privacy of their coach and support coaches.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company — including digital products, guides, audio files, workbooks, and any other content — remain its intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Personal Data Protection
With this statement the company Kim-Nicola Lorentzen informs the Client that, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the personal data of the Client will be processed by the company Kim-Nicola Lorentzen, Mentorship and Coaching. This will be done in order to provide the service or digital product purchased by the Client. That includes all communication services, training and coaching services, delivery and access to digital products, and the administrative management of the business. The personal data will never be shared with a third party except in those cases required by legal obligation. It will never be used for other purposes than those laid out in these terms and conditions.
Clients have the right to request the deletion of their personal data after their purchased service has ended by contacting Kim-Nicola Lorentzen, sending an email to kim @ kimnicola . com The personal data will be stored safely and deleted after a certain amount of time. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, clients consent that they are well informed. They also consent to this handling of their personal data.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from the coaching services.
